Whitehead Manor Conference Center
Whitehead Manor is a Victorian styled home that was originally built in 1895. It is nestled on almost 3 wooded acres at 5901 Sardis Road, in southeast Charlotte.
The home was built by Mr. Miller, the pastor of Sardis Presbyterian Church and was his personal residence. It was beautifully restored over twenty-five years ago and operated as the Homeplace Bed & Breakfast by the previous owners, Frank and Peg Dearien.
Mike and Beth Whitehead purchased and updated the home in 2004 and named it Whitehead Manor Conference Center. It is available to lease for private events, seminars, receptions and corporate meetings. The home can accommodate up to 150 people for reception style events and parties.
