Quest for Teen Leadership
Personal Growth for Ages 13-18.
Purpose:
Quest for Teen Leadership is a unique program offering teens the opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery. It is an experiential course designed to instill personal responsibility and offer tools to intentionally create their future. The program shows teens how to be confident and comfortable with themselves, to stand up for what they believe in and resist peer pressure, and the power of choice. They learn to appreciate their own strengths and talents, using them to make a difference with others.
Who Attends?
Participants who benefit from this program are:
• are 13-18 years old
• desire a world of unlimited potential
• could benefit from a fresh perspective, increased choice and responsibility
• are exploring who they are and what they offer the world
• want to be comfortable in their own skin and resist peer pressure

Course Details:
The 2 day retreat includes preparation work, a retreat including meals and
snacks.
The retreat occurs at Whitehead Manor Conference Center.
The program closes with a graduation ceremony to which parents are invited.
